How do I request for a repair?
Email customerservice@glitzdesign.us what services you would like to be done for your jewelry piece. After getting in contact with customer services and you are ready to ship your item for repair, print out a Repair Service Form and fill it out. When you package your item for repair, be sure to put this form inside the shipping box along with your item.
