We guarantee that all products that are listed as MADE IN USA adhere to all requirements to qualify for that tag.
Where is Glitz Design located? Do you have stores? Can I visit you to see the jewelry?
No, we only sell online on our own website and multiple marketplaces, which allows us to offer exceptional value since each piece is mastered in our factory and quality controlled here in the USA.
Do you have the piece I'm looking at in stock?
All of our beautiful jewelry is made to order to specifications: we don't have any designs in stock.
How can I find my Ring Size Online?
There are many ways to find your ring size. You can go to a diamond jewelry seller and find your ring size that way, or you can buy a ring sizer and find it that way. The best way to find your ring size is to use the ring or the string method shown in the "Find the Perfect Ring Size For You" video. With the help of this video and the help of our ring chart, you can find your perfect ring size online.
How do I request for a repair?
Email email@example.com what services you would like to be done for your jewelry piece. After getting in contact with customer services and you are ready to ship your item for repair, print out a Repair Service Form and fill it out. When you package your item for repair, be sure to put this form inside the shipping box along with your item.
Where is your jewelry made?
Almost all Glitz Design jewelry is made in our own factory in USA.
Do you have a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, we have a one-year warranty on the workmanship of all our jewelry in addition to our 30-day satisfaction guarantee return policy. Engraved items are nonreturnable but are covered by the one-year warranty. The warranty covers quality of our workmanship. If you damage a piece, we'll be happy to repair it for you for a reasonable fee. The warranty is void if another jeweler resizes or modifies the piece, since alterations, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.
Why should I subscribe to your newsletter?
Subscribers see new Glitz Design pieces and offers first, before they are available on our site. Every month, we report on the latest jewelry trends, what stars are wearing and cool new designers. We also occasionally send our subscribers special offers.
Do you match prices if an item I purchase goes down in price later?
All sales prices are final and Glitz Design does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.
I saw a Glitz Design item on another shopping site and the price was different. Why is that?
All our pricing is calculated using current metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change, both up and down. When we adjust our pricing, other sites sometimes don't update listings right away so the price change isn't always immediately reflected. In addition, our center diamonds are each one of a kind. When a diamond sells, we replace it with other one that fits the design and the new diamond may be a different quality, with a different price. If you are looking for a specific diamond quality that's different than the one we are showing for a piece, call Glitz Design Customer Care at 1-713-239-0897 and we'll do our best to find it for you.
Do you offer appraisals on your jewelry?
