Order has shipped already but I no longer need the item. What are my options?
If you need to cancel your order after it has shipped, you have a few options. You can return the item for a refund or exchange it for a different item.
If you choose to return the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides tracking information so that you can be sure your return arrives safely. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost in return shipping.
If you choose to exchange the item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the original item to us. Again, we recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking information.
