I think my order is lost, what do I do?
If you're concerned that your order may be lost, the first thing you should do is check your email. We send out a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships, so if you haven't received one, it's possible that your order hasn't shipped yet.
If it has been more than a few days since you placed your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to investigate. Please note that we can only begin an investigation once it has been 14 days from the date of your order. Once we begin an investigation, it may take up to 30 days to resolve. We appreciate your patience while we look into this for you.
