I ordered a ring size that was correct. The ring doesn’t fit me anymore and I am out of my Return policy period what are my options?

If you find yourself in the situation where your ring no longer fits but you're out of your return policy period, there are still a few options available to you.

One option is to have the ring resized. This can usually be done by a local jeweler but may require too much time or money. You can use the Contact Us form to find out how one of our Master Jewelers could give you a ring resize. You will be responsible for shipping expenses and minimal repair fees but your product will remain under warranty. 

However, depending on the ring, it may not be possible to resize it without damaging it. In this case, you may need to purchase a new ring altogether. Please call us or view our website for more options.
